Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to Return

Returns and exchanges are easy with Hey Bella:

  • Use the prepaid return label included in your original package.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us via mail using the return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned package.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! We’re happy to process exchanges within the same 14-day return window. Just follow the same return instructions, and note your exchange request when sending your item back.
