1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all locations within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, transit times typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.


3. What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders over $95: Free standard shipping

  • Orders under $95: Shipping charges are automatically applied at checkout based on your cart total.


4. What is the cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM  (PST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.


5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.


6. How do I return an item?

Returning an item is simple:

  • Use the prepaid return label included in your original package.
  • Mail the product back to our return address:

There are no restocking charges.


7. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.


8. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, we accept exchanges within the same 14-day window. Use the return label and indicate that you'd like an exchange when sending the item back. If your desired item is not in stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.


9. What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new condition—unused, unworn, and with original packaging and tags intact.
