About Hey Bella:

1. What is Hey Bella?
Hey Bella is a clean-beauty marketplace based in Orange County, CA. We curate safer skincare, body care, candles, and wellness essentials with a strict ingredient standard and transparent sourcing.

2. How do you choose brands for your shop?
We personally vet every brand for ingredient transparency, responsible sourcing, and cruelty-free practices. If a product contains questionable ingredients or synthetic fragrance, we pass.

3. Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
Cruelty-free is a must for all brands we carry. Many products are also vegan—look for the “Vegan” filter or note on each product page.

4. Do you carry fragrance-free and sensitive-skin options?
Yes! Check out our Fragrance-Free Picks and Sensitive Skin collections for products without added fragrance and minimal ingredient decks.

SHOPPING & PRODUCTS

1. How can I shop by skin type or concern?
Use the filters on our collection pages or message us directly for personalized recommendations based on your goals or sensitivities.

2. How can I check ingredients?
Each product page lists full INCI ingredient lists. If you’re avoiding specific ingredients, contact us and we’ll recommend safe alternatives.

3. Do you offer samples or gift-with-purchase promotions?
We include samples when available and run occasional GWP events. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list for updates.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

1. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Choose Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you by email or text when your order is ready.

2. When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once it’s on the way.

3. What are your shipping rates?
We offer $8 flat-rate ground shipping on all U.S. orders and free shipping on orders over $95.

4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international requests, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

5. What is the cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM  (PST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

7.. How do I return an item?

7. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

8. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, we accept exchanges within the same 14-day window. Use the return label and indicate that you'd like an exchange when sending the item back. If your desired item is not in stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

9. What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new condition—unused, unworn, and with original packaging and tags intact.
